I marked the three areas I knew about from our conversations: your right shoulder, elbow, and ankle. You added your wrist and set today's pain for each.
What I don't have: anything that comes and goes, like your back or knees, and whether any of these have ever been imaged or injected.
Nothing else bothers me right now. None of them have ever been imaged or injected.
You lift five days a week on a push/pull/legs split, usually at the gym around 2:45. You have a strong powerlifting base and you're working back from about three years off. Alongside that you run your own rehab: Y raises, face pulls, dead hangs, and serratus punches, plus weekly depth jumps and time on the trampoline for the ankle. The goal is to run and jump again, with dunking as the fun target.
What I don't have: how hard you're pushing right now, whether the chiro, massage, and yoga you were planning ever made it into your week, anything you've stopped doing because of pain, and how soon you want to be jumping again.
Mostly moderate weights, nothing near my old maxes. Massage happens every couple of weeks, but yoga and chiro never stuck. I stopped deep squats because of the ankle. I'd like to be jumping again this year.
You're on testosterone therapy managed outside Opti Care, injecting at home every two weeks, with your last level around 1000. You also take collagen daily.
What I don't have: anything over the counter you reach for, like pain relievers, any other supplements, and whether you've ever reacted badly to a medication or an injection.
Ibuprofen when the elbow flares. No other supplements, and no reactions to anything.
Your Oura has your sleep score averaging 78 over the last 30 days, readiness around 74, and resting heart rate at 58. You fall asleep fast and end most nights with a wind-down and a short meditation.
What the numbers don't show: how rested you actually feel in the morning, and whether pain ever wakes you up or keeps you from getting comfortable.
I usually wake up rested. The elbow aches some nights if I sleep on that side, but it doesn't wake me up.
- Any past surgeries or hospital stays?
- Do you drink alcohol or use nicotine? Roughly how often?
